What a great time at the Silverado Cooking School with Chef Malcom. Great instruction, super facilities, excellent company. And the food resulted in one of our best meals in wine country!

Just back from a ladies trip where one of our activities was the cooking school with Chef Frances. We had an amazing time. Probably I'll not fix recipes like that again but I did learn so much about preparation and cooking tools. It was great...More

I am reminded of the Seinfeld episode where Jerry made a car reservation and when he showed up there was no car. His comment seems to apply here "So you are good at taking the reservation but the real key is in HOLDING the reservation."...More

My wife and I went for the meatless monday class and had a blast! Chef Frances was such a pleasure to cook with. We learned lots of new recipes and made new friends. I would definitely go back.

We had a delightful time cooking separate dishes to complete our meal. It was a wild mushroom theme. I have prepared the potato dish at home and EVERYONE wanted the recipe.
