This factory was nice to see and the ladies let you take pictures. The parking was hard to find, and you walk up or down. You see the laundry hanging from the buildings and many people live in the area. We bought some cheap Keds sneakers from around the corner. Just an oddity and something unique.

A fun quick stop if you like fortune cookies. For small fee ($2 per person) you can walk back and see the machines and a few people working. Was neat to see they hand fold the traditional fortune cookies. They also make flat cookies and variety of flavors. Don't expect too much.

We had a map from our San Francisco book to find this tiny little factory and we had to look hard to find it as it is down a little lane way, but it was well worth the effort. Its so interesting to see how the cookies are made and they taste excellent particularly the fortune cookies dipped in chocolate... More

Down a little alley in Chinatown you find the Fortune Cookie Factory. Watch as fortune cookies are being made in front of your eyes and buy some to take with you for later. A fun little treasure in San Francisco.

Loved the factory visit! We got lots of free samples and bought bags of cookies to much on during the day. A fun little destination when visiting Chinatown.

I'm sure my best friend and I looked like the typical tourists when a local recommended us visit the cookie factory. I really did not know what to expect but I'm so glad we listened to their advice . If I remember correctly this is the only hand made fortune cookie factory in the world . The shop is very... More

This looked like a great place to get fortune cookies with personalized messages. If you are looking for a store -- go here. But there isn't a tour. We read the reviews and thought it was a tour. Its not. Unfortunately the staff doesn't speak English. They are very nice, but we were unsuccessful

Check it out, almost could not find this little Jen in china town. Women sit and easily work hard to make tiny cookies with a fortune. Interesting fun stop

On the window it had x-rated and adult features. Scary place afraid to leave my car. Didn't even go in a waist of time.

Spent about 5 minutes here but glad we stopped. We had fun trying to communicate with the workers who seemed to know zero English. $1 tour gives you quick access to 4 machines and you get to see how a fortune cookie is made. Purchased several bags of fortune and moon cookies and we were on our way. If you... More
