First of all, the views can not be beat from this park. Every single angle, every single vantage point gave a new photo op. I was impressed that the park is especially sensitive to being handicapped accessible. Obviously, the rocks at the point are only for the fleet of foot, but the pool, the coffee shop, the grassy area, and... More

Charming but a bit crowded. Parking can be a challenge but the park is green and has plenty of beautiful views of the bay. They have clean restrooms and a great restaurant or little grill down on the beach.

Lovers Point (Lovers of Jesus Point) holds wonderful memories for my wife and I. We had an apartment 2 blocks away way back when I was in the Army. My wife would sit on the rocks and write letters home and see the whales and otters in the Monterey Bay. This is a great place to climb around, to sit... More

Lover's Point is an amazing piece of land with gorgeous views. It's a popular place and parking in the area can be tough. The thing is, all of the area is pictureque, so park away from Lover's Point and walk back. In the spring the lavendar flowers are everywhere providing a carpet of color. If your lucky there may be... More

I went to Lovers Point Park because I didn't know that the entire coast is totally stunning...But, the park is a really great place to spend an afternoon or a day. On the day that I went, there were families, couples, singles (like me) and even a wedding happening on the fringes of the park. There's a bit more parking... More

You should walk through Pacific Grove because of the charming houses there but don't miss the ocean! Go to Lovers Point Park.

The pretty park next to the rocky Lover's Point has picnic tables, glorious views of the bay. We got the park via the scenic point on a walk down Ocean View Boulevard. Our dog with us. It was only after departing the park area, we saw a sign: NO DOGS. We didn't get caught and avoided the $1,000 fine. Park... More

This parklet offers a place to sit and relax and watch the people and wildlife. Calming views, even better when there are not a lot of tourists around!
