Excellent walking and biking path along the coast to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row, and to Asilomar Beach and the Lighthouse. This is the best way to see marine life like sea otters, seals, marine birds, and even whales!

While staying for a few days near the lighthouse, we had many opportunities to travel this road. Many places to pull off and either look from the car, or park and walk around.

Wonderful walking/biking path parallel to the water. Saw seals, yachts, and magnificent beauty. You can walk right to cannery row for coffee and breakfast. Lovely!

The best place to watch the sunset is from Lovers Point Park. It is at 17th Street and Ocean View Blvd. This is the end of the walking/bike trail from the Aquarium. Another good place to see the sunset is from the bar at... More
