I've been to this festival a couple of times and it is typical of festivals in any state. The items for sale are pretty much the same you find at any festival. The performers are fun to watch and I would recommend it if you...More

Lots of interesting crafts and some food stands. Very limited seating, so plan to eat while walking. No toilets! Of course there are lots of adjacent bars and restaurants - maybe that explains absence of toilets. Some produce, including excellent strawberries, cherries, nuts, and dates....More

What a cute experience - lots of local crafts, some great food, and the best Palm Springs shops open late into the evening. Great atmosphere, too, and you can even get a great massage. I'm told it's even better in the cooler months than it...More

After dinner, we spilled out onto the strip for the VillageFest. It was totally fun. Lots of gift items. I bought a gorgeous cactus night light. Love it!

This is a lot of fun to do when it's not too hot. We went on a particularly scorching nite and it was better when it's a bit cooler. I did make up for it with a giant snow cone but it wasn't enuf!! Tons...More

Just happened to be staying at the Calla Lily Inn, and the hostess, Laura, suggested it. Nice little street fest, with some interesting artists.

Lots of great "motels" with tons of character. You'll get the real feel of Palm Springs at any of them. If you want higher end, the Hyatt is there but I'd try the local ones instead.
