This is a very nice and fairly easy hike. We encourage you to take this one early morning to enjoy a nicer weather and experience and avoid the heat which will automatically make it somewhat more strenuous. The canyon, the rocks and boulders are beautiful,...More

Hubby and I went for a day date here. Hiked the loop that wasn't too strenuous and played in the water on the hike back. We were wet to about knee high but it felt great!

Such an inviting and interesting name for a golf course. Have to look it up and find out what it means. A challenge which caused my handicap to go up. Didn't like that but I did like the course and the test of my lack...More

This is a perfect hike in many ways - it is a stone's throw from Palm Springs itself, only costs $5 to enter, a decent 1.5 mile loop with great views of the town, a lovely waterfall and hummingbirds darting overhead. There, I have reviewed...More

A lite to moderate hike with cultural interruptive stops along the way. Beautiful water falls rewards at the end. Bring or wear your bathing suit and enjoy the refreshing pool with the falls cascading down to soothe your body.

we went in early spring & experienced full waterfall & was wonderful, went again middle of , waterfall was still there & flowing nicely, while pretty warm if you go early easy 1 mile hike each way well worth entrance price if waterfall is there.

What you should expect: the entire loop trail is about a mile in length, and takes roughly an hour. You will probably want to go into the pool under the waterfall, so dress appropriately for that. (We were visiting after a season with good rainfall,...More

Nice hike out in the open desert both ways, it is a mile as the crow fly's, each way. But the streams and the 50' waterfall are beautiful and refreshing. Pack three bottles of water for each person and some trail mix and you will...More

The pòol at the waterfall is big enough to wade in and to stand or sit below the fall but not big nor deep enough to swim as such.
