This is a very large, and beautiful, shopping center. All major brands seemed to be represented and all have very large stores. If you see something in a store catalog that you'd like to see in the store this would be the place to go.

Most major shopping centers these days are building up and enclosing. They give off a closed and cold feeling. Stanford Shopping Center, on the other hand, is still old school, but with every major and modern store that you're looking for. Open courtyards, park-like features...More

Walked around the shopping center for 2 hours. All the stores have outside entrances. Not an enclosed shopping center. Lots of stores. Mostly chains stores. Tesla has a store here. Was 90 degrees the day we were there. HOT!

Microsoft store, Apple store, Tesla dealer, Schaubs (the place for great meats), upscale department stores, specialty shops, restaurants, etc. Convenient maps show where everything is. Free parking. Not a good place for fresh veggies or fruit. Google has lots more information.

Stanford Shopping Center is well-known for its high-end stores and restaurants, but it's also a great place to walk for exercise since you don't have to constantly stop for street traffic. The many flower plantings resemble giant bouquets and change constantly.

Lots of stores. High-end merchants with great service. Especially enjoy Nordstrom and Crate and Barrel. Spread out, much walking and even some driving required form section to section.
