We had a recommendation to come here and we were not disappointed. And we were excited to learn that they opened spots for their wine club! The property is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the wine is top notch. What can be better?? Oh, the llamas and alpacas, they can make a visit better :-)

This was our last stop for the weekend, and it did not disappoint. Besides having delicious red wines (we liked it all), they have a unique concept of sustainability. Besides being 100% solar/wind powered, they use sheep and alpaca to kee vines trimmed down and fertilize the soil. In addition, they have free range Angus beef on the property that... More

Brecon (not quite across the street) recommended Oso Libre Winery, and we're very glad they did. With the rain, the tasting room was a bit crowded, but it was a great experience. Very friendly, great staff, got to talk to one of the owners, wonderful red wine, fun tasting room decor. We bought two bottles, and we'll be back! We'd... More

Driving through the area we stopped to admire the Alpacas near the road in front of Oso Libre and decided to go in. The staff was very nice and the scenery and view were just fantastic. What a setting- vines, cows and a few types of sheep. I believe we even spotted a bald eagle in the distance. I read... More

They have the friendliest staff. The owners are always walking around greeting guests and making sure everyone is happy. Great wines for a reasonable price and their burgers are awesome! Simple burgers with just cheese, onions and aioli on a quality bun. We always end up with a case of meat as well as a case or 2 of wine.

They have a very nice winery. We have fun talking to Jeff even if he did graduate from University of Georgia. The wine is all good. They have animals on the farm you can walk down to see.

This unique winery is worth the stop. A working cattle ranch and vineyard all in one. Wine or beef memberships are available. The wine was very delicious and the beef looked amazing. Great views from all over the winery.

We visited Oso Libre on a Saturday, and despite it not being busy at all, we did not feel very welcomed. As we walked in, one of the females pouring looked directly at me and did not say one word. We walked over to the other side and were welcomed by the man. After a little small talk, we were... More

Hello Britney, I do not know if I met you but I am sorry for your poor experience here as there is no excuse for it period. My name is Chris Behr the owner and if you met me you might recall as I would have been the rather old grey haired man running around (best way to describe me).... More

What a surprise to find a small family run winery that is doing it right! Very impressed with the sustainable farm and way of life for this winery. Great vibe, views and wine!
