When you look for something way off the path, you come here. Great wine period Don't go if you want cheap stuff, this wine is age worthy and has really deep flavors Make the trip, and find out for yourself

This is a winery going for quality not quantity. We liked the appt only wine tasting as there were just 4 of us there. The pours were generous and being a club member we saved the $20 per person tasting fee. The Wine prices are...More

We enjoyed a trip to Paso Robles during Wine Festival Weekend. We arrived early to our tasting, but a previous group arrived late so the Tasting Room was busy. Our hostess was knowledgeable, but the tasting felt rushed. The wine was fair, but we didn't...More

L'Aventure used to have what could be described as a "up and coming" tasting room. The wine was great, but the space... not so much. Then they expanded to what can best be described as an "epic" cave system carved into the hill under the...More

Love L'Adventure! You need to make a reservation in advance but it's worth it! The wine, especially the red is delish and the scenery is beautiful! A must visit when wine tasting in Paso!

This is another winery where you'll need to make a reservation in order to taste. They do not waive tasting fees unless you join their club and their wines are in the $50+++ price range. That being said, we had a very nice time going...More

Yes, you have to make a reservation. So what? Their wines are above average if not better. Mostly balanced and not overly fruit forward; more of a Bordeaux style which is a nice change of pace for the area. Their Optimus is a decent value...More

Make sure to call for an appointment This is what serious wine is all about. An owner that wanted to be creative and not blocked by the government in France any longer( imagine that) to do what he wanted, make great wines ( actually fantastic)...More

Tasting fee is $20 - call for reservations - goes toward cost of purchased wine - their new tasting room in the cave is opening soon - stay tuned for a preview
