First time for my wife and I attending the theater. We were off to a great start with complimentary Coppola Wines. Then into the theater where seats are ramped up and acoustics are great. The play was "The Most Happy Fella", a total delight. The cast was fabulous, especially Tony and Rosabella. The music, singing, and dancing kept one in... More

This 99 seat theater pulls you right up close and personal to the actors, musicians, dancers on stage. No microphones needed, just the pure sound of trained voices and instruments. It's a delightful intimate experience that makes you feel like you're right in the midst of the action. Not a bad seat in the house. It's got an old school... More

We like this family friendly theater in Petaluma. It puts on live theatre shows that are fun for the entire family. In June 2016, Mozart's The Magic Flute was a good summer performance. Their shows include theatrical, musical and operatic works.

Small and intimate, no assigned seating so arrive early if you want to sit at the front. They have a small snack room on the way into theatre, which serves beer and wine, as well as cookies and brownies and tea. Have seen a few things here, some good and some great, never bad. I think it's a peasant way... More

There isn't a bad seat in the house! Intimate friendly theatre. They sponsor kids camps that culminate in a production. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it does all work out.

Recently saw 'Of Mice and Men' here, and were impressed by the production value and skillful acting. The venue is lovingly intimate with every seat in the house just perfect. For $25, you can't go wrong. Can't wait to return to this playhouse which has been here forever, or so it seems. Free parking, wine and beer available for purchase,... More

For about ten years several friends and I have been ushering in the New Year at the Cinnabar Theater. I love the whole experience and have bought season tickets as well. Very rarely. twice in over ten years, have I left a production during intermission because I just wasn't enjoying it. This year the production was Jaques Brel........ Other years... More

Cinnabar Theater began in the early 1970s when Marvin Klebe, a well-known opera singer in San Francisco, decided that it would be great to operate a theater presenting world-class opera in English. That was a great success, and now Cinnabar has expanded into drama, musical reviews, youth programs, and more. If you're lucky enough to visit Petaluma when a show... More

This is a little theater with great shows with terrific local talent. The building is an old school house.
