We have been going to McNear's for almost 30 years. It is a bar and restaurant in an historic building. There are TV's on the walls in the main dining area. The food is consistently decent- good and there is very large variety of foods on the menu including daily specials. Everyone can find something they will like on the... More

This is an old theater that's been sort of redesigned for different uses. It was a movie theater but now it's used as sort of a cabaret venue. There are theater style seats lining the sides with the middle open for tables and chairs. In the front are folding chairs over a dance floor. They serve a full bar so... More

This is a great venue for listening to music. Last night was Petty Theft and the place was packed. It has a knack for attracting headliners you might not expect to play in a local small venue. We've seen Dr. John play here, Corky Siegal, Mark Hummel and his harmonica blowout and others. Great sound system and large dance floor.... More

I WOULD GO TO THE MYSTIC THEATER ,much more often if they got bigger names there. Whoever books the mystic talent, is either clueless who spends the money to see big names, it ain,t the kiddles folks !! It is the 50 plus crowd, They always have the most nameless groups you can find, I am in the 50 plus... More

My favorite music venue in Sonoma County! Great sound, awesome staff. Check the website or marquee for upcoming shows! Lots of reggae, rock and other types of shows.

I don't ever come to McNear's for the food. It's average, not bad, but nothing to write home about. I go for the atmosphere and the drinks. They make great cocktails with fresh fruit purees and get creative with their recipes. They have a pool table, arcade games, along with a bar and dining upstairs that is fun with friends.... More

We went to see The Fixx and I loved the venue. Dance floor up near stage and seating near the back gave people different ways to enjoy the show. If you are going to see a popular band I would suggest getting your tickets ahead of time as this is not a LARGE space. Definitely would go back to see... More

I want to love this place...it's been around forever. And it smells and looks like it! Would it really change the atmosphere and venerable charm if they remodeled the bathrooms and ripped up the disgusting carpet? It's not so bad at night, but god help you if you see it/smell it in broad daylight!! Gross.

Came to see a musical legend, bought General Admission tickets and got into the line about 30 minutes ahead of the doors opening. Venue had staff outdoors, taking tickets and giving arm stamps, so that once the doors opened, it'd speed up entry. DEFINITELY did, that's brilliant. We ended up in the center of the second row of seats, it... More
