Our server was very knowledgeable and we even got to meet the owner, Mr. Allan Green which was a pleasant surprise.

We stopped in to taste some wine at Greenwood and were so glad we did. The server was absolutely wonderful and offered a great deal of information as to the wines and the grounds of the tasting room. The wines were excellent and very well priced. They have a great wine club which we were delighted to join! We are... More

The tasting room is set in a very attractive site with a nice bridge over a picturesque pond below. The lady conducting the tasting was very friendly, knowledgeable and a good source of information about the Anderson Valley. We tasted 4 wines and particularly liked the 2013 Pinot Noir, European style.

They definitely know how to make wine. We tried 5 types and loved them all to buy them all as well. We had their wine before at home but it was our first visit to the winery. Will go back again.

The Rieslings are amazing! $ 5.00 for wine tasting and free if you purchase something. Staff was very nice and friendly...Free shipping if you buy wine and fly on Alaska Airlines out of Santa Rosa

Like a lot of Anderson Valley tasting rooms, Greenwood Ridge has memorable views of the vineyards and hillsides. There are also some neat stories about the winemaker's over-60 baseball team, and they have a man-made island with great picnic spots. The wine is tasty and reasonable too. I think Greenwood Ridge is the best spot to take a picnic in... More

We had a wine tasting at Greenwood. Our hostess was very knowledgeable. We got delicious munchies that complimented the wine choices. After completing our tasting on the outdoor patio we were allowed to walk through the vineyard and taste the pinot noir grapes straight from the vines..a very enjoyable afternoon

In a recent cruise through Anderson Valley I stopped at the Greenwood Ridge Vineyards tasting room. Their tasting room easily catches your eye and stands out from all other wineries. Turns out it was designed by architect Aaron Green, a protégé of Frank Lloyd Wright, and father of the owner. Upon entering the tasting room I was greeted by a... More
