This is a lovely, peaceful and pleasant park. I was recently there for a wedding and it was the perfect setting for such a special occasion.

This is a hard to find park/beach but worth the effort. Nice well maintained beach. Be sure to see the memorial sculpture for the Alaska Airlines plane that crashed off shore.

Great place to bring kids, there's a great place to feed the ducks just down the road and the beach has BBQ pits and swings, right next to the pier.

The Pier is a great place to get photos. There is a parking fee in the beach parking lot, but there are free open street parking too, if you don't mind a short walk. It was fun to watch the "lifeguard training class" maneuver on...More
