Okay, if you are interested in the history, but museum is an over inflated term. The two main entrepreneurs were vaguely appealing stories.

I grew up in this town & visited the Mission Inn often. 60 years have passed & I still come to enjoy a delicious meal & visit every year when I come home to visit.

Neat shop with lots of unique items. Didn't have time to take a tour, wish we did. The people were so friendly and urged us to come back for the Light Festival. Then we'll have more time to shop!!

As indicated by other responders, the hotel is ADA compliant and is wheelchair accessible. You should remember that this hotel was built long before all current requirements so the path you may have to take may be the "less... More
