I've been walking up Mt. Rubidoux since I was a little girl. I have amazing memories there and I still love going up on Saturday mornings with my sisters and my mom. On clear days you can see all of Riverside.

This is a great and scenic short hike just above the city of Riverside . An easy walk to top of the hill on a paved road with amazing sunset views. We always come here at sunset and enjoy the breeze and city view from the top. The best time to go is spring and winter for the best weather... More

I am not a hiker, I went for a challenge to myself. So of course I took the shorter and steeper path. I was glad I did. There are no rails for those who may have wondered. There is a sense of safety though. Everyone was polite as some went faster than others. The last part climbing up the naturally... More

I love to go walking here, you get a great workout and it is fun. Lots of people go here. If you wanto get a good workout, this is the place to go. There is a beautiful cross The the top of the hill. I love it, I need to go more often.

This trail is good for beginner and it was a relaxing hike. A little bit chilly but it was good time with family.

Mount Rubidoux is a great place for a short hike - you can take one of the many steep dirt tracks up or find the trail head and follow the paved route. There are miles of routes up there and amazing views, take in the history and make sure to do the photo op from the cross at the top... More

We have enjoyed this hike several times. The views of downtown Riverside or distant mountains are splendid.

I was curious about what all the hype was about, so I decided to try it out. While its a nice hike up and down, once up theres just far too many people hanging out and too many unsupervised kids. People playing boom boxes, smoking, etc. Most people on the trails up and down are surprisingly pleasant saying hello to... More
