Caymus makes great wines, no doubt about it. Unfortunately, they are so good that they don't have to try to make a visit to their winery special. For $50 per person you get the equivalent of a full glass of wine, a lot of family history and a chance to buy something in the gift shop. Oh, and you get... More

What a beautiful setting to have a wine tasting! My son and I sampled several Caymus Cabernets, a Zinfandel, a Mer Soleil Chardonnay, and the Emmolo Merlot. While my preference is cabernets, I thoroughly enjoyed the Emmolo Merlot - so much so that we bought four bottles! The tasting fee is $50/person but it is credited back if you buy... More

Beautiful winery and grounds. Great Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine tasting was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great and pleasant experience for a 50 dollar wine tasting including glass.

My friends and are we're celebrating my bachelor party, this was the last Vineyard of the day and definitely my favorite. There wasn't a bad wine in the tastings and we even bought some to take home. Thanks to Caymus.

We had a reservation ahead of time for 4 of us so they were prepared and it was just lovely. The gardens are beautiful and the wine is just as beautiful but the service was super slow and they were not all that busy. We thought about coming back to have a bottle a wine the next day but apparently... More

Beautiful patio and very friendly staff. In fact, we told our wine specialist that my wife's mother loved the merlot and she gave us a hat to give to her as a present. The wine is very good. The tasting fee is high but I wasn't disappointed. Only knit pick is the bathroom is a portable trailer. I'm guessing I... More

The wine was good, but they poured us one glass of wine and then forgot about us. They charge a lot of money for a tasting to be ignored. We got a free glass, big deal, it was actually an expensive glass at the cost of the tasting. We were traveling with a friend who was buying wine for three... More
