Beautiful Getaway in the midst of the city

Very scenic. Nice walkway for people to jog or walk. Geese in the lake (reservoir). Beautiful trees. Easy to get to. Very very clean.

Very nice trail to walk alone, with others, or with your dog. Especially nice by the ponds and Vasona lake.

Started In Campbell rode through tule marsh, and mostly park like scenery, even when not on the trail. Some times there are homeless issues, but the police patrol this now, so you are safe, as any where in Silicon Valley. Ended at Vasona Lake park, been there dozens of times still love it.

Its nice place to hike around . I went with my family (husband + 5 year old) Enjoyed the hike, we parked our car somewhere in Los Gatos and walked up from there. Its nice place to hike and then go back to Los Gatos for a bite

I ran to the trail from my hotel. It was a perfect morning. The trail is very nice. Paved and for the most part flat. There is a trail on both sides of the creek with the occasional bridge. The trail is pretty popular. I also felt safe.

This trail is paved and well-maintained. It traverses through wooded areas and regional parks, along the babbling Los Gatos creek, past open spaces, and connects some lovely quaint towns. Along the way there are exercise stations, benches to sit for a spell, or stop in Vasona park and take a paddle boat ride or stop for a picnic. On weekends... More

In this trail, you can go to Vasona Park, Campbell Commons, and neighborhoods. You can bring your dog as well. Can be crowded on weekends, especially in Los Gatos - bikers, runners, walkers of all ages love this trail. For a less crowded time, try early mornings and weekdays. For Pokemon go there are many pokestops and a few gyms.... More

Most of the trail has some shade, it's all paved and it can be a great workout as it's not all flat! It runs a long way and has a lot of interesting areas. Examples: Vasona Park, Campbell Commons and neighborhoods. You can bring your dog as well.

Extremely long trail. Not much to see however. Also runs close to streets, so I do get that "away from civilization" feeling. Good way to get some nice exercise in though.

This is one of my favorite trails. You can pick it up in many different places, with easy access at several spots in Los Gatos, Campbell, etc. The Los Gatos section - from Vasona Park toward downtown - in particular has lots of shade. The trail also has sections that are fairly level but also some with hills, so if... More
