The time of the Motel Inn is gone. I actually ate at the restaurant for a prom in the 70's. But now it is mainly torn down and only the main building is left. It is fenced off. There is no reason to see this unless you just want to see whats left of the first motel in the history... More

There is not much here to see and what is left, one cannot get to...it is all fenced off. All the cabins have been razed and only the spanish style office remains. There is a historical plaque on the office and I assume the city or state will eventually do something with the building and vacant land. For those that... More

We were recommended to call at this landmark Inn which is truly bizarre . Visitors are welcome to look and they have a gift shop . If have an inclination is for anything Pink you will love this.

Almost completely bulldozed by the new owners, from the motel next door. Nothing to see here, folks, move along....

This WAS a fabulous place in its day...its all but been razed and all us local/natives would LOVE to see it restored back to its original splendor. Had the very BEST BBQ steaks in the world with an inside oak BBQ. If someone had a extra million or two, this place would be a real draw for tourists and locals... More

I think what you are referring to is actually the Motel Inn. Yes, it was the first Motel, unfortunatly went out of business many years ago. What little remains is only there because it was designated a historical site. If you go to John Ramos Gallery on the web you can see his rendition of what it looked like "way... More
