Considering the expectation from a castle it just lives to your expectations...but its nothing unique too as similar expectations are met from palaces like in Turkey...only thing that amazes you for a whike is the fellows luck...

Like none other in the whole world! Worthwhile seeing even if this type of thing is usually not of great interest. You will not regret it, that is until you return to the visitors center to use the restroom! They are atrocious, not fit for...More

We did a tour of the main rooms on Monday and wished we had booked another tour - you can stay at the castle between tours. The docent was funny and knowledgeable. The grounds are well maintained with lots of different foliage. We decided to...More

We toured the gardens before hand because we were told there wouldn't be time after and we took a 3 o'clock tour too. And you don't want to miss the last bus to go down that very very long steep narrow road.
