The elephant seal rookery is just 15-20 mins’ drive away from Cambria’s Moonstone Beach. Our family enjoyed watching the elephant seals lounging on the beach. It’s a serene and beautiful place to just be close to nature.

I have seen this sort of set up at times. But best to check with the rangers or State Park.

Lorraine. I see people having their pets, in the San Simeon area. The State park and the beach. The Cavalier Resort in San Simeon even accomodates pets in and outside the rooms.
