Best way to see Santa Barbara. Beautiful working building with a tower and viewing point that gives the best views in town. The murals and tiles are fab as are the gardens.

We loved the courthouse - the architecture is amazing and we opted for the free 1 hour guided tour which was so interesting. Definitely a must see in Santa Barbara.

I can't remember for sure, but since it is a public building in use every day as a courthouse I am pretty sure it opens at least by 9 am.
