The Santa Clara mission is located at the Santa Clara university. Because this is a vibrant university the mission is well taken care of. The buildings and grounds could not be in better condition. Also, there is no entry fee.

I was there recently. It is the first mission that name after women, the only mission on University campus and the biggest mission in California. Museum is closed on Monday.

We visit the Mission annually typically in the spring when the gardens are in full bloom. This is a beautiful mission and the landscaping and the grounds are spectacular. It is a very relaxing and peaceful place to worship and visit.
