This is a wonderful forest walk even if the butterflies aren't here. They come in the fall( and maybe spring) and are amazing!!!!!

There is not much to say. This is just a great example of nature at work. It is truly amazing to think these butterflies flew 100's of miles to this same spot every year (new butterflies each year). The trees look amazing coated in Monarch...More

everything between Thanksgiving and Christmas (peak season) to watch Monarch butterflies coming to Bay Area, they are so beautiful and grouping together in the trees. Wonderful creatures! I was told that you still can see them (much less in quantity) from January to February though....More

Was able to see a number of Monarch butterflys. Very nice walkway down to the butteryfly area, and lots of good infomation in the visitor center

Decent size butterfly grove, but pretty crowded with people. We talked to one of the volunteers there on Sunday, and he was very enthusiastic and knowledgable about the monarchs. Much better than Pacific Grove.

Probably not. I think the migration ended last month. But Natural Bridges is still worth a visit.

They were pretty high up in the trees, in clusters or flying around.
