I've been visiting Foxen for 25 years and I think the wines there may be better than ever. The Pinot Noirs are outstanding, Chardonnays aren't far behind, and their Rhone and Bordeaux variety wines are also very good. The tastings are split between the newer,...More

Foxen is a little off the beaten path while wine tasting in the valley, but well worth the stop. They have two tasting rooms about a quarter mile apart. They are both worth visiting as they pour different wines to taste. I loved everything Foxen...More

After riding our bicycles 25 miles out, we stopped at the winery as it is the turnaround point of the Sideways route. We needed water and a rest but ended up tasting. Thank goodness we did as their reserve flight blew us away. As we...More

Foxen makes some of the best wine in the valley. Their Vineyard is on the Foxen Canyon trail. It is well worth the drive out to the tasting room. Stunning beautiful surroundings and the reward is great wine. The Tasting room can get crowed -...More

I found the Pinot noir wines on offer (as well as the Sangiovese) to be better than several other vineyards visited on the Foxen Canyon Wine Trail. The host was very friendly, and the company all around quite entertaining. Would definitely return!

We visited this winery because a friend of ours is a big fan. He called ahead and we were treated like royalty. For me their pinot noirs are too big and don't really taste like pinots. They are good wines, just not to my taste....More

You do not have to pay to get in to the tasting room but you will pay for wine tasting. I think it was $10 and $15 or $15 and $20. There are two separate tasting rooms. They pour different wine. We usually share one tasting... More
