The Luther Burbank site is a local gem in Santa Rosa. The gardens are beautiful and laid out for a quiet stroll. The special events are well thought out and manage to handle a lot of people and still preserve an old-time, country feeling. Plus,...More

We found this only because it was close to our motel. What a jewel in the middle of Santa Rosa--it's not very big, but it is lovely and you'll learn about Luther Burbank!

During a tour to explore the vineyards we found the Luther Burbank Gardens. Very nice layout and reasonable well maintained. Flowers for almost all seasons and August was nice indeed. The shop is by far to price otherwise we will purchase a lovely T-shirt.

Recently took both my mom & mother in law here when they visited us in Santa Rosa. Easy to get to, beautiful grounds, free to visit and quite informative plus relaxing! There is a tour well worth the small fee charged.

I would agree with Kevin G - certainly worth a visit even taking account of perhaps a few steps.
