This area of town has a lot to offer. We go for the antique shops and thrift shops. There are restaurants and bars for every price range. You should take a look.

Cool area that offers a little of everything: restaurants, beauty salons, art galleries, clothing stores, furniture, jewelry, coffee shops, hotel and nightclub. Highlights: La Gare (French restaurant, one of my top 5 in all of Sonoma Co.), Jackson's (trendy, lively spot with great happy hour),...More

Nice shops and restaurants but, there is a HUGE homeless population roaming the area, and hundreds of people living under the freeway bridges that the city just ignores. Afraid to park my car near here. This, I cannot get used to without affecting the experience...More

This was a nice area to walk around. A few restaurants and stores. I was a little disappointed that the shops closed so early.

Now that the SMART train is in full operation, this is a good destination to browse antique shops, boutiques and plenty of eatery options. Unfortunately the square still has local hang out happening that isn't inviting for families , couples or solo visitors
