We hustled down this road to circle back up the Oregon Coast. Great road, heavily patrolled by the CHP revenuers though We had earlier camped right on the river at Jedediah Smith State Park. Huge trees, good showers, good river access. Loved it

Probably the most scenic river in California. Good fishing and kayaking to be had. I have to keep writing because I need more characters.
