Lovely location and knowledgeable staff make this a great wine tasting stop in the Santa Ynez Valley. The shade garden is restful and it was relaxing to sip wine in this lush retreat. Fresh peaches next door were an added bonus. Minutes from downtown Solvang...More

Buttonwood Farms has a fun, informal tasting room in a beautiful setting. When I was there in early July, they were also selling fresh peaches from their organic farm in an adjacent building. Wide array of wines, with Sauvignon Blanc (several different bottlings) being a...More

We enjoyed the wines and the pleasant outdoor setting of benches and tables in the yard. They poured an extra sample upon request to compare the two roses. We purchased a bottle here and enjoyed it later. Place to play outside for kids.

The atmosphere is picturesque, the woman helping us with the tasting was very friendly and helpful, and the farm had some great peaches you could buy. Wine tasting with kids might seem weird, but they had some goats that kept them entertained.

The tasting room is small and there wasn’t any place to relax inside out of the weather. The staff was very helpful and they had nice Merlot. Apparently they are one of the few wineries in they area that didn’t replace their merlot production with...More

Yes you can take your little dog as we took our Son's Dog with us and had a picnic out side and a couple glasses of wine.
