Ok, if you love wine and you're in Northern California you obviously have plenty of choices, the first being which valley to visit. I visited both Napa and Sonoma and for a guy like me, Napa was nice but c'mon man. Give me a break....More

Sonoma does not get the recognition of Napa but in my opinion has all the charm. The Valley tries very hard to hold on to it's historic background while alowing diveristy and modernization to flurish. Sonoma has some wonderful wineries, restaurants, shops and sites that are...More

We spent three days at deLorimier's Mosaic Suite, Sept. 20-22, 2017. Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing time in the vineyard. Excellent staff at deLorimier winery which is 5 minutes walk from the Mosaic suite. Wonderful wines. We will definitely return to the winery and suite.

Gloria Ferrer was excellent! We got a lovely Uberdriver who took us around for a few hours so we could both taste without worrying about driving. His name was Eli 707-695-2153 Sonoma was nicer than Napa! Enjoy!

The Sonoma town square has several tasting rooms that could give you a better idea of what vineyards to visit and it's a worthwhile destination in its own rite.

We stayed in an Airbnb just outside the city. Beautiful view of the valley and vineyard next door. Local host with good suggestions for the area. Quiet relaxing option
