Ravenswood Winery was the only place on our itinerary in Napa/Sonoma where the experience was negative. In the comparatively small tasting room, all places at the counter were taken. That was not a problem in itself, we understand that a popular place may not be able to attend to us right away, but no one even paid any attention to... More

This is the place to go for a perfect wine tasting experience. It's best to book a tour so you can see the vineyard and go to the barrel room. You'll be able to taste many different wines and some are only sold through the tasting room and the wine clubs. Most people know about Ravenswood but I was surprised... More

This is the kind of experience that we were looking for during our visit to the Sonoma wine country. From the minute we walked in, we felt the good-natured pride that the staff feels for the winery and the wine. It actually was fairly late in the afternoon, just a half hour before closing time. But we were welcomed in... More

We had a great time with the wine tasting with a group of friends at Ravenswood. Great wine and teachers. The winery is beautiful and secluded.

It was good to have confirmed that the most expensive wine is not always the most enjoyable. For me, the 2014 Barricia Zinfandel emerged as the winner among the five I tasted. We received friendly, competent guidance during our tasting. The surroundings are pleasant, albeit not as grand as in some other places, such as St. Francis.

This winery has a fantastic Zinfandel selection, 13 different brands, knowledgeable staff and great gems such as their 40th vintage selection. Unfortunately not very child friendly, our kids were subject to drunken customers comments, nevertheless a great wine!

Loved this winery for it's wines, tasting room, staff, and all! Would have stayed here all day if we didn't have dinner reservations!

Having visited a few wineries in the area for tastings this was by far our favourite. Amazing wines served by friendly and knowledgeable staff in a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Staff was wonderful, the zinfandels were even better! Great low key winery, no hard sell, just appreciate their wine
