We had a party of 8 and did the wine tasting with the meat and cheese plates. They were $45 per plate but worth it. The host was also a grower, and a former SF paramedic. He was knowledgable, personable and yet not stuffy. We...More

We enjoyed a wine tasting at Ravenswood. We did not have a reservation but had no trouble getting in on a Wednesday afternoon. The staff was very helpful and the wine was tasty.

We visited and tried a tasting. I really liked the zins and the Barbera. They have a nice terrace with chairs and a good view to sit and enjoy your wine.

Great setting, flexible customized tasting host Excellent wines with a neat gift shop. Sit outside and drink the impressive wines on the patio. Cheese plates are available.

They have quite a selection of Zinfandels but I also loved the rose and the pickberry! We sat outside and had wonderful service. Beautiful patio and scenery.

Two days should be good. Three wineries per day if you choose one area like Nappa or Sonoma.
