Tom was a great guide who shared two terrific wineries and lots of local info along the way! Biking is the best way to see a town! He was very professional and cautious with crossing the roads.

Mike our guide was wonderful! Very knowledgeable about the area and wines. Nice 20 mile road on mostly back roads to a small vineyard for wine tasting. We then rode for cheese tasting. Bikes were very comfortable.

I think you will be okay. If you start earlier in the day around 10am. There is shade at the wineries. San Francisco itself will be much cooler than Sonoma if you plan to visit San Francisco as well.
