This is a fine little museum with an impressive veteran's memorial. Worth the time and it is donation only, which is nice.

I love this museum! A fascinating look at our Native and then Gold Rush past. Check out the unique displays about the many cultures that have influenced our area, our motion picture history, and much more, located in the old time jail cells.

It includes the county jail, with cells outfitted with all the things prisoners used in those days. Spend a couple of hours here and learn the local history.

Didn't have enough time to spend here. The displays were interesting covering local stories and history of the area. Good mix of visual displays, reading, and hands-on exhibits. Hope to visit again.
