Expensive but very pleasant

We had facials and a manicure. Quite expensive but we enjoyed waiting in the comfortable massage chairs. We felt really relaxed afterwards. In fact, I was worried I would snooze... read more

Our flight from New York to Honolulu direct was stoped in sfo due to fuel pump issues. So we had four hours to kill. We stopped into caress spa remembering how great it was before. The place was open but empty. Only the receptionist was there. No massage people on duty. They apparently all go to lunch at the same... More

I went to the XpressSpa at Los Angeles Airport. This was a Great way to use up the 8 hours wait I had until I could board my connecting flight. I had a lovely massage in their automated lounge chairs. Was actually the best chair I've had a massage on. Whilst getting my feet soaked and having a foot massage... More

Great chair massage. The best thing I did between flights. The therapist was skillful and provided a wonderful massage. If I had had time on the way back I would have done the same again.

Since I had time to kill before my flight, I thought I would try to get a massage. Again, it was an epic fail. I was told there would be an hour wait for the massage. They couldn't take my name (which they use to do in the past), that I would have to sit there for the hour if... More

I stopped in at one of the locations inside the SFO airport after I got off my flight. I have never been to an airport Xpress Spa before. My back and neck were killing me. I got the 20 minute neck and back chair massage. It was more than I'd normally spend but I had time to kill while waiting... More

I've gone here many times for a massage before a flight. They are on the pricy side, but I don't mind treating myself. However, this past visit wasn't so relaxing. When I arrived, there were three employees just standing around talking. I asked for a shoulder and neck massage and was told there would be a bit of a wait.... More

I had a pedicure there and besides promising me a longer foot massage for my express pedicure I got charged a full pedicure with a very disappointing foot massage. Was more like a cream application with no massage at all. Shocking. I paid the full amount besides contesting it but left no tip and I won't give them my business... More

I've visited this spa several times and I sometimes get to the airport early so I can get my mani on before a flight. This last visit I had a very nice woman & I chose the premium gelish shellac mani (comes with extra scrub extra massage etc). The first chair I sat in didn't work well as far as... More
