Peachy Canyon is one of the oldest family owned and operated wineries on Paso Robles' west side. The tasting room is located in a refurbished 1800's era schoolhouse on one of Peachy Canyon's four estate vineyard properties (the appropriately named "Old Schoolhouse" vineyard). We're known for our award-winning red Zinfandel lineup—including super premium Zins that are often produced in lots of less 400 cases each—as well as our Bordeaux and Rhone varietal wines. We believe in sustainable winemaking and are dedicated to "keeping it local." Our vineyards are managed by us, and all grapes are harvested and processed by hand by our team. Our tasting room offers a spacious lawn picnic area and a gazebo, not to mention beautiful vineyard surroundings! Stop by with a picnic and have a glass with us... Chairs, blankets, (leashed) pets and children always welcome.

We stopped here for a tasting here on Sunday and enjoyed every wine we tried. The rose made from zinfandel grapes was fruity but not sweet. The Especial zinfandel and the merlot were both very good. The 2013 cabernet/syrah blend was excellent and a bargain...More

Entering 2018—our 30th-anniversary year!—we've made a conscious effort to emphasize what put us on the map: our award-winning wines. We have pared down the gift shop aspect of our tasting room to better focus on the wine and tasting experience. We also finished replanting our...More

We prefer to visit rustic wineries, not the palaces and castles. Peachy Canyon is certainly rustic, A former schoolhouse, it is a very comfortable facility, a fun visit. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, and the wines excellent. We visited on a very busy...More

Thank you so much for stopping by! Fitting crowds into our tasting room can be a challenge, but is well-worth the effort!

I feel like that should be a song title! In all seriousness, as a Virginia resident, I have always enjoyed Peachy Canyon wines (at least, the ones I could get here in VA), so I was really excited to finally have a chance to visit...More
