If you're in Tahoe and want to get in an awesome day on the mountain and not break the bank in the process, Boreal is for sure the place to go! Awesome mountain that caters to experienced shredders with an awesome park set up, and new people just trying to learn to ride with mellow runs also. I couldn't tell... More

Its small but mighty. Boreal gives you the best bang for your buck hands down in Tahoe. They have passes that fits everyones budget you get one of the best parks hands down. Nothings comes close to the staff, riders and vibes of Boreal. The mountain that has a ton to offer on few lifts with small lines for power... More

Coming all the way from the Netherlands to ride at Boreal Resort because of their awesome terrain park and friendly and welcoming people. Everyone at Boreal made me feel right at home and being able to go night riding is awesome! Tickets are super inexpensive and I believe it's the best value you will get for your money.

There is no place on earth that is cooler than Boreal. It's one of those things you can't describe because it would diminish it's essence. Just know that if you are looking for a place to snowboard in the Tahoe area, go here. You're crazy if you don't. And not the 'good' kind of crazy.

After 4 years of competing in USASA events hosted by Boreal, I have come to realize what an amazing place this mountain really is. The mountain caters especially to those who want to better their park skills, as well as to beginners who just want to try skiing/snowboarding for the first time! The convenient, state of the art training facilities... More

My favorite place to ride in Tahoe! It's a great place snowboard, skate, and hang out in general. With being open from 9-9 everyday you can always find time to make it up there.

Boreal is an easy choice. SICK SIMPLE SNOW The three S's of boreal are Snow , Simplicity and Sickness. Snow: Boreal receives the storms first, it is right on the crest and it gets absolutely pounded by snow. They are always the first to open and last to close due to this large amount of snow and state of the... More

I can't express how much I love Boreal. It has become a second home for me over the years. The parks are all time and always maintained and you can't beat the fact that they're open from 9am to 9pm! It's always nice to know that I can go enjoy some night shred at Boreal after a days work. I... More

Boreal may not be the biggest mountain in Tahoe, but it has the most heart. They are open 9 to 9 which is unbeatable. They also have one of the best parks that is always changing it up. Plus they give back to students with deals on Fridays. No other mountain in California does as much for snowboarding as Boreal.
