Take the ferry from Fishermans Warf to Vallejo, then Uber it.
Does general admission or entrance fee includes all the rides? Or ones you get in you have to purchased your ride selection?

There are a few rides that are extra, the really fun ones are free...which is most of them...I didn't waste time with them was having to much fun on the rest of them....look if people stop paying for them they will include... More

We did not park there because we stayed at the hotel across the street but if I remember correctly, it is regular price ($25) if the park is open.
