We found the tour of the tea factory fascinating. The smells were intriguing and I found the tour guide friendly and informative. They offered many teas to taste.

Great for a quick last minute idea. The free tour is worth it just for tea sampler . It is something to do, and informative. The machine line was not running when we visited, which was disappointing, but over all it was a good time

We arrived on a Friday along with a few buses of school children. The staff was very accommodating and got the 2 of us in with a smaller group ashtray in progress. Loved the video, it was very informative. It is a working factory with...More

Wonderful part of the history of the area in a way in that this was founded by a bunch of idealistic young people who hooked on to a concept that got them well rich some day when they sold it out. It's way more corporate...More

Fun tour for middle school aged children to adults. Interesting to learn the way that the machinery works to create the packaged tea products we see in the store. Neat history lesson on the company itself. The store also offers good prices on many of...More

We arrived on an early December morning and was in the first tour group of the day so it wasn't overly crowded. You have an opportunity to try different teas as you wait and even a chance to test-drive a new flavor in the lab,...More

Celestial Seasonings offers free 45-minute tours that are definitely worth exploring, even if not much of a tea drinker. You start off in a room with around 16 different types of herbal teas that you can taste test, some of which you may not see...More

No. It is a working factory. There are no grounds, etc to visit. It is a working factory. Tasting room would be okay - but nothing for a one year old. Go to Leanin; Tree down the street.

No need for a reservation except for very large groups. I'd give them a call IF you are on a tight schedule or need a special time. Have fun and enjoy. It's a great tour.
