These tour was really good especially the underground tour, the staff was very informative and everybody was very friendly during the tour, I highly recommend the tour only when it is not too cold because it might be extremely cold inside

We decided to check this out on a last-minute whim. It was fabulous! Our guide was very knowledgeable. It was crazy to hear how miners worked in the past. If you have any interest in this type of tour, definitely go! It’s worth it.

Highly recommended! I came from Australia and it was amazing to hear about all the history in these mountains. Our guide was unbelievably knowledgeable and from the moment we walked up we left incredibly welcome. When you're leaving.... take the slide to your car!!

We opted for the panning without the mine tour because of the price. The staff was very nice and helped us out multiple times as we learned to pan gold. We never found any, and I really doubt anyone does, but the kids can say...More

The Country Boy Mine is a neat place- the donkey, old mine, and mining equipment are cool to see. We did not do the mine tour, so I cannot speak to that. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, I paid $17 per child...More

The best past are the guides. It worth a visit but its very expensive for what you get. Don't get lured just because you can pan for gold - and you can, and you may find some - the tiniest flakes if you're lucky! Glad...More

Way overpriced for a very short walk down an abandoned mine. Not that much fun. Kids enjoyed panning for gold for a little while. Not worth it.
