This is typically a good place to ski, we have little children and it was not good for us however everybody was very friendly and they have a restaurant where you can stay and have some hot chocolate while the other ski.

We love Peak 9 so much that we decided on that location for our mountain home! You can walk to quicksilver and to Main Street. We love to start the day on Quicksilver to Mercury and then over to peak 10

After riding the gondola to the top of Peak 9, we were delighted to find a restaurant and bar situated at the base of the ski slope and to find people still skiing and snowboarding. We sat on the outdoor patio and had our lunch...More

It's a typical ski resort high in the snow place to eat. You could always just ski on down and have a lot of better choices, but this is the only place to eat on the Peak. In a way, there is nothing better than...More

Lots of great intermediate skiing - with a couple of beginner runs for the new skiers or boarders. The north side of Peak 9 has some fabulous single and double diamond runs serviced by an old 2 person chair. Always have fun skiing there

My friend and I had a blast on Peak 9! There were tons of runs for all ages and skill levels. They are a few good restaurants up on Peak 9 too, so you can eat and enjoy the view. Beaver Run Resort is at...More

Peak 9 offers trails for every level, and does not have the same level of crowds as Peak 8. On our last trip, we were able to stay on Peak 9 all day and not be bored.

Great variety of terrain...green to double diamond. Try to stay high and avoid the base area, it got crazy crowded while the upper lifts we just skied on. The double diamonds off of the E Chair were a lot of fun!

Peak Nine has and will always be the main stay at Breck. Sking is great from easy greens to cruiser blues. With the few blacks thrown in to make it a little more challenging.

I would say online is the best - it's a little bit cheaper if you buy online about a week ahead of time. I also heard from a local if you buy the lift tickets in Denver at the supermarket you can save some money as well.
