A narrow, one way road that is not suitable for RV's or over-size vehicles and that offers three miles of thrills.

Thanks to our server on the Royal Gorge Railroad for recommending this attraction to us. I understand it could be intimidating to some but my wife and I enjoyed every bit of it very much. This is a no-cost must see if you are in...More

We were in town for the first time visiting friends and they took us to see the sights. They didn’t warn us about the “exposure”! Thankfully it is one way only because there is no way for 2 vehicles of any kind to pass. The...More

Road only goes one way but is an easy trip. Has great views of the city below! If you're afraid of heights this might be challenging for you. Lots of places along to pull off to park. Also nice dirt trails to the top.

We enjoyed this little drive with the top down on our Jeep. It's a one-way drive, but there are no guard rails, so don't drive like an idiot. At times you are driving on the knife's edge, so some may find this too exciting. It...More

We climbed up to the top of Skyline Drive and watch the sunrise. You could see the moon on one side and the sun coming up on the other- absolutely breath taking!

This is a short, but beautiful drive being able to see both sides of the valley. At the top, you can park and take a short hike to the bottom.

The one way road was an exciting drive with twists and turns. Views were beautiful and a little scary where the side of the road fades just out of view as you make your way up and down the mile and a half drive. At...More

Did this drive awhile back with a friend actually 2 years ago and if you are afraid of heights, have someone else drive. So beautiful to see everything on both sides of the narrow thin road high up above Canon City.

This review is about Skyline Drive in Canon City, Colorado, not South Carolina. The former is about 3mi long. No clue about SC's.

I would not try it. There's a tight turn at the end that takes you back (down) in the opposite direction. In addition, wind can be an issue with a high-profile vehicle. It's not windy everyday, but this is the Front Range of... More
