We stayed on base at the Rampart Lodge. It is convient and a nice place if you are military or retired military. The Academy is a lovely place and we especially loved the Cadet Chapel.

This is a must see if in the Colorado Springs area. It is most impressive and you can drive around. To see the Cadets working is truly inspiring. Well worth a visit, especially the Cathedral.

It's an awesome experience to drive around the grounds. The chapel is amazing with multiple faiths and chapels. The visitor center is much more than a gift shop, lots to see. It's a national place of interest, not to miss.

It depends on how big your RV is. I don't believe there is room in the visitor center parking lot for a large RV. There probably is room at the PX shopping center, but it is some way from the visitor center. Not sure if they... More
