This is an amazing place. Well worth the trip. Parking on a busy day in the "rock area" was a little tricky. Don't go into first parking lot it will full and congested on a busy day. Go into part keep left and park near "the twins". It is in the center of the park and off the beaten path.... More

Go see Balencing Rock! Great place to get away and still be close in ... Garden of the Gods is within the Colorado Springs city limits. We were there in the middle of the day, lots of people driving the roads and wandering around ... and we saw five mule deer crossing the road not ten feet from our car.... More

This park has the best of everything. If you just want to drive through, the views are amazing, or if you want to get out & hike the entire park, you can spend the day doing so. My entire family loved climbing on all the rock formations!

Best to go on an off season time. It does bother me how much damage people do hiking on the rocks. We did it too and it was great fun. But, I could do with out to save the landmarks.

If you are familiar with climbing then this is definitely the place to come. Many small routes and bolts already placed in provide several areas to climb. Even in the front entrance there is a sand stone pillar your are able to climb on. Parking is easy to access. To those who don't want to climb and just view there... More

There really aren't words to describe the rock formations. This is a place where almost anyone can find something to do. You can just drive around and never leave your car. You can park and hike. You can sign up for a rock climbing experience. It is at least a full day to properly see the beauty. As a bonus,... More

My kids and I were amazed at the rock formations and loved watching the climbers repel from different peaks. The kids also loved climbing on the smaller formations and the pictures do not do the scenery justice. Highly recommend taking time out to stop and visit!

When in CO Springs, it would be crazy not to visit Garden of the Gods. You can drive through or walk or take one of several hikes, all with spectacular views.

We thought it would be a great idea to go and trek around the Garden of the Gods on Black Friday afternoon. Unfortunately so did half the population of Colorado Springs! If you would have driven through the loop it would have taken about 1 HR 45 MIN!! We parked on the highway, and walked. Pretty tame walk (other than... More

Very cool attraction and worth a look. Best of all free admission. They do not allow drones. Doesn't take long to see it but worth a look.
