Stopped in the building. The new interpretive center is great place to stop for a rest and bottle of water. The staff was great and dedicated volunteers.

This is a great place to hike with the family, or a friend. It is difficult at times, but at least you can take your time going up, and take breaks if you need to do so. A great bridge when you start is a...More

The drive to the falls was pretty, but I was disappointed with the visitor center. It was a small open room with quite a bit of local information. The bathrooms were port-a-potties by the parking lot. The falls themselves were small but pretty. We didn't...More

Great history lesson on the Falls at the visitors center-then short hike to Helen Hunts supposed grave-beautiful look out. The altitude is a killer so plan to take your time and stop to catch your breath! But just look at the views!! Not sure what...More

We are certainly not hikers, but really enjoyed our morning visit to the Helen Hunt Falls area. The trails were well marked and easy enough to handle the climb to the top. Beautiful falls and bridge. Nice trail with steps climbing to the top of...More

My husband and I discovered this totally by accident. We were killing time waiting for the rest of our party to arrive with the RV. It's located in beautiful Cheyenne Cañon. The road is paved and well maintained but a bit narrow. Beware this is...More

This trail is a nice little hike to the falls. The slope gains some elevation but it is not too difficult at all to climb to the top. Folks with bad knees or are out of shape might be huffing and puffing, but most people...More

The waterfall is just off the road so no walking is required. If you have time drive past the waterfall and go back to Colorado Sprigs via the dirt road (Gold Camp Road) with a couple of tunnels cut from the rocks and a great...More

This is a nice drive to the top to see the Falls- the road is a bit windy but is scenic and nice. The falls are visible from the parking area- or you can hike a bit up to the top. There is an additional...More

Seven Falls is different and they have some other activities there. I like the free attraction. If you hike Mt. Cutler along North Cheyenne Canyon, you can look down at Seven Falls!

If she only sees the waterfall area she should be fine! However, if she wants to go up the stairs and hike the trails above the falls, I would not recommend that without speaking with her physician first. It would be a lot... More
