Frisco or San Francisco. Denver or Dallas. It doesn't matter where you're from. If you've skied here, you've been raised on some of the best Colorado has to offer. For generations, people have valued a down-to-earth ski experience that puts friends, family and a relaxed mountain atmosphere above all else. It's why the Colorado front range has always considered Copper the home team, and why families from across the globe call Copper home. The place you go for a mountain experience that's refreshingly void of pretense. Wherever your home address may be, if you've skied here, you've been raised on Colorado. Welcome home.

I am writing this review for those who have never been skiing at Copper Mountain or for those who have never skied before. As such, it is going to be pretty detailed and lengthy... you are forewarned. Let me preface this review by saying that I have been skiing for about 12 years. I am an intermediate level skier. I... We came out and were very impressed with the resort. Great mountain and lifts. Challenging terrain and we really lucked out on snow. The backside Copper Bowl is intense and we were lucky enough to be there in a day when the free Tucker Mountain snow cat rides were operating.

Copper Mountain is a fun and crazy place to ski at. It gets very busy when you are going up for a one day ski trip, so choose your time wisely!! It's very fun! If you can, you should get a condo for the weekend! It will make your visit 10 times better.

Can't believe I've never been here before. Have been riding all over the Rockies and now have a new favorite. Went on the suggestion of a friend from Boulder. Powder and groomed areas perfect. Tree runs (especially Enchanted Forest) are a blast. Locals very nice/helpful getting to know what's good around the resort. Big ups to the Crew at On... More

Come early or be prepared to get creative with your parking, like any ski town. They do have a couple of really nice, large parking lots on the east end of the village and buses that will carry you to the hill from there. It's not hard. Better yet, have someone drop you at the lift and go park. Copper... More

Experience is mixed. First of all ..it is not a good resort on a busy day..parking spots fill fast and the village lifts don't have the greatest capacity for the crowd..meaning 15 minutes wait time at the lifts like American Eagle etc.. 2nd of all .. it is not cheap for a family. 85 bucks for a day pass for... My family regularly skis at Copper due to it's proximity from Denver (only a 1 hour 30 minute drive from Denver). The resort offers a variety of trails suitable for all skiers, experienced or not. It also offers many good classes for beginner skiers. Lift tickets are relatively inexpensive. There are many shops, restaurants, equipment rentals, and lodging options in... More

We had a great time at copper mountain! After getting acclimated to the reduced oxygen, our entire family thoroughly enjoyed a few days of great skiing. A special shout out to the ambassadors and the ski patrol, all of which went above and beyond, to makeup trip enjoyable. Copper Mountain, y'all know how to do this skiing thing. Keep up... More

My new husband is an expert skier and brought me to Copper Mountain to become enthusiastic about the sport too (after 2 decades absence)! The terrain, instructors, guides, and all people helping at the resort hooked me. I have been to other resorts but choose to go back to Copper as often as possible. We live in the Denver metro... We signed up for the season pass this year, they offer a military discount which makes them extremely affordable at $312 for adult and $279 for teens. The mountain itself offers multiple runs with West Village being the predominate Green run slopes, East Village has the bunny slope but the lifts range from blue to black and Center Village offers...
