The informative guides at the Molly Kathleen, bring you through the history of mining from the early days at Cripple Creek through today. They are all well versed and are actual miners today, or retired miners. All seem to hail from mining families, so their...More

It's been a while since we went, but I wanted to make sure I said it since I think I didn't before...if you have kids who are into Minecraft they'll think this is super cool. Our boys loved it and still talk about it to...More

I was pleased with the GoldMine Tour. This was he real deal . The shaft elevator was old and secure. The tunnel was about seven feet high. We had to wear miners helmets to protect our heads. Our tour guide was an experienced miner. He...More

Took our 2 and 4 year old kids. 4 year old thought it was cool, as did my wife and I. Girl working the gift shop/ticket counter was not friendly. Tour guide was great though. Very informative and easy to listen to. He was very...More

I have been to Molly’s Mine twice now. The first time was amazing just going down so many feet in that tiny elevator shaft. I loved walking through the mine and listening to the guide who showed us and taught us so many things about...More

This was well worth the $20 admission. You get on a fairly small cage type elevator and go down 1,000 feet. It is a short trip, but not for anybody who is claustrophobic. They supply the hard hat and all you need is a light...More

We arrived early in the morning. A staff member asked us to wait for a couple of other guests before our decent into the old gold mine commenced. We were anxious to see how an old gold mine looked and to see if the goldfever...More

Cheaked out this place on our last day in Cripple Creek. It was a very good tour. The guide was a miner himself. The elevators going down into the mine, you get close and personal. Would difinately return.
