Loved this building. The architecture, the presidents pictures, the Grand staircase, the stained glass! Plan on a tour if you are ever in Denver.

It is nice to see where and how the elected people work. It was time off for them, but we could enter both chambers ant actually sit in the galleries. Architecture is nice, there is many pictures, displays and other peaces of information on the...More

Interesting visit, but don't do the Friday afternoon last session. Too fast round tour, not heart many stories about the building and history. But the visitor guide was free of charge.

Modeled after the Capital Building in Washington D.C., this is an impressive building. Unfortunately, the teachers were striking and the line to see inside was way too long to endure. Also a group had reserved the front steps to advocate their stance on Breast Feeding...More

It is a wonderful place to visit and it's free!!! You can have a guided tour or you can do it on your own. There is a small cafeteria and restrooms in the basement. A must do.
