A small but very good museum with good old fire equipment on display. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a nice museum shop for the fire service buffs. There are some children areas well integrated in the museum.

Visited while in town on business. My hubby is a volunteer fireman so it was nice to check out. So much history!! All decades were covered. It didn't cost much but with the fee. Cute little gift shop too.

Its good to see people excited about their history and where they are going in the future. Well preserved equipment, apparatus, and very descriptive stations. Any kid would love this, but honestly most adults will too.

First, try Groupon for a better price for admission. My 5-year old loved it and my older girls did as well (but they wouldn't admit it) Dress up as firefighters and "drive" the firetruck. For thr adults, the displays of vintage fire equipment and related...More
