We especially enjoyed the Red Rocks amphitheater and Buffalo Bill Museum. Take the tour with the smaller van because the big bus cannot go on the scenic mountain drive with the hairpin curves!

Our tour guide David was very polite and knowledgeable of the area. The Mercedes SUV was very comfortable for a family of 5. Well worth the money. David took several family photos of us. Stopped and got great sandwiches for the lunch stop.

Also, please remember; when someone says : "I know a beautiful place in the mountains", I have to smile. There is possibly nowhere in the Rockies that is not beautiful. You cannot drive more than perhaps an hour into the... More

The distances in the Rocky Mountains are vast. I recommend random, and let the beauty be your guide. Tours are awesome, as well.
