Great trail ride

My family (myself, sister, mother and 2 kids ages 12 and 16) thoroughly enjoyed the cave ride. I have been on several trail rides in the past and this was by far the best. The horses were energetic and the ride was not mundane. In fact, if you have never ridden before, you might find it a slight challenge as... More

I have been riding since I was a child and from the quality & training of the horses to the beautiful trails to our outstanding two guides I have never seen better. There were 3 teenage first timers and their mother who had some experience. Our guides watched over the teenagers who asked when they could go again. Our guides... More

This is a wonderful stable. Horses are trustworthy and well cared for. It is beautiful riding through the national park. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable.

Loved riding through the gorgeous wooded mountains, beautifully scenic. Competent, interesting, friendly guide Noah enhanced the experience. Our horses were great, I'm an experienced horse person and my boyfriend is a beginner, our horses fit our abilities perfectly. Can't wait to ride at Rapp Corral again.

We arranged for a private train ride and the folks at this corral could not have been more accommodating. Christina, our trail guide, was a real sweetheart. Very friendly and informative. We took a 3-hour ride and it was just the right amount for our group who are not very experienced riders. The backcountry was beautiful. Great way to see... More

Fun ride 3 of us with 1 wrangler! Ride through the woods to a speculative cliff overlook. Horses were well behaved but fun... Looping if we wanted not just walking!

We had a fabulous trail ride with Dom (Dominique). She was funny and very knowledgeable. We went on the two hour trail ride and we had a fantastic time. The thing that impressed me the most was her concern about the safety of the guests. It had started raining and we had some thunder and lightning. She was on the... More

We booked a 2 hour trail ride for the early morning. This was a bucket list item for the group. We were greeted by the friendly staff, and given instructions about riding. Helmets were offered (optional), and small saddlebags are available to carry a bottle of water. Each of our wranglers introduced themselves and then we were introduced to our... More

Wow, what a thoughtful review, thank you so much! We are certainly blessed here at Rapp Corral for having a lot of the right ingredients for some nice horseback riding! Our wranglers are the best and we all love the horses, the area and the guests. We all get to meet so many people from around the whole and country,... More

My hubby and I booked the Old Wagon Road and Cave ride. Our wranglers, Christy and Tymberlee (spelling?) were wonderful! The scenery is incredible and the horses are matched to your size and riding ability. They run a safe, fun and knowledgeable outfit. We did have to dismount for a short time due to a storm, but it was all... More

We booked the cave ride so our horseback adventure included some hiking and cave exploring. Daughter (8) and wife (>8) were beginners and I had not been on a horse it quite some time. The guides (Noah and Dom) were excellent with all levels of riders and also used the time on the trail to point out flora and scenic... More
