30 euros for a bed not worth it, if you choose a bed near the sea its more expensive than a bed of 20 euros near the back, but your not told this

Loved this beach! You can rent chairs or eat/drink at one of the restaurants and get a chair for "free". We didn't get a chair and just laid on the beach as many others did.

Yes there is a mini mart at the rear of the bar/restaurant complex, also a small store on the beach, for drinks, etc. the Paraga Camping also has a well stocked supermarket.

The only beach that is close to the port is the small and often quite dirty city beach. One of the closer beaches to downtown and a cab ride away would be Ornos for example. Just make sure you organize a cab for the return... More
